Our Mission

Fleming County Water Association Water provides for the distribution of high quality, safe drinking water in compliance with all regulatory requirements to the residents in portions of Fleming, Mason, and Lewis Counties at all times by performing routine maintenance, repairs and/or replacement of water mains and service connections.
