Online Payment Center
Our new customer friendly system will allow customers flexibility in receiving their bill notices via email, view your billing histories, and view water usages. Bills are available in the Online Payment Center the day we mail the bills. The Online payment center allows you the option to print your bill and mail it, or pay online using a credit card for a fast, easy way to pay your bill.
The Credit card company does charge a small convenience fee of $2.35 per transaction and is collected by the credit card processing company and is not a fee collected by the Fleming County Water Association.
First Time Users of the Online Payment Center will need to have the most recent water bill to complete the initial registration in the payment center.
Online Payments are not accepted on Disconnect Day. Payments through the Online Payment Center must occur on the last day of the month to be credited properly to an account.
Additional Convenient Payment Options
In addition to our Online Bill Payment Center, we offer the following Payment Options for our Customers:

We must have original signature from the customer in order to establish the ACH Bank Draft.
