NEW ONLINE PAYMENT CENTER COMING MAY 22, 2024!
We’re thrilled to announce an upgrade to our service set to revolutionize the way you manage your utility account. This upgrade introduces a state-of-the-art web portal designed for maximum convenience, enabling you to seamlessly monitor usage, make payments, and stay updated with important notifications.
As part of our commitment to enhancing customer experience, we are also introducing new options like paperless billing and automatic credit card payments. These new features underscore our dedication to customer convenience, sustainability, and more efficient service delivery.
Beginning May 22, 2024 we invite you to visit our new utility web portal at flemingwater.com and create an account. Upon successful registration, a confirmation email will be sent from an @utilitydistrict.com address. Please add this email address to your list of safe senders or mark it as “non-junk” to ensure all future portal communications are promptly received.

In order to Accommodate the Changes in the Online Payment Center, our current Online System will close on May 16, 2024.
Our New Online Payment Center will open on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
The New Online Payment Center will allow users to have more control of their account and feature the Following:
Mobile Friendly Online Payments by Credit Card or E-Check
Usage and Transaction History Autopay
QuickPay Social Media Sign In
Paperless Billing Utility Announcements
Text Messages Emergency Notifications
Saved Payment Cards Manage Account Information
Multiple Linked Accounts Connection Requests
One of the new features of the system will be that customers can pay with E-check. The fee to pay by E-Check will be $1.00 for any amount.
The Fees charged for Paying with a Credit or Debit Card, will be as follows beginning May 22, 2024:
$0-$50.00 Transaction – $2.50
$51.00- 5,000 – $2.50 + 2.8% above 50.00
The Limit for a credit card transaction will be $5,000.
Customers registered in the Online System will be able to received Text Alerts, Bill Reminders, and Emergency Notifications from Fleming County Water Association.
We will be posting information regarding the new system over the next few weeks.
Online Payment Center
The Credit card company does charge a small convenience fee of $2.65 per transaction and is collected by the credit card processing company and is not a fee collected by the Fleming County Water Association.
Online Payments are not accepted on Disconnect Day. Payments through the Online Payment Center must occur on the last day of the month to be credited properly to an account.

Additional Convenient Payment Options
In addition to our Online Bill Payment Center, we offer the following Payment Options for our Customers:
ACH Bank Draft: We have Automatic Bank Draft available to our customers. Customers receive a memo bill each month, with an automatic bank deduction on the 10th of the month. In order to sign up for Automatic Bank Draft, stop by our office and complete the paperwork along with a voided check or deposit slip. We must have original signature from the customer in order to establish the ACH Bank Draft.
Night Deposit Box: Our Night Deposit Box is next to the Drive Thru window at our office located at 2772 Morehead Road, Flemingsburg, KY. This is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, weekends, and Holidays.
Debit/Credit Cards: You may call or visit our office to make a payment via credit card. We now accept debit/credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover only.) A small convenience fee of $2.35 will be added to each transaction.
US Postal Service Mail: We accept payment by mail through the Post Office. We are not responsible for postal service delays and customers are not excused from the payment of any bill due to postal service delays.
