The Fleming County Water Association Rates & Charges, Rules and Regulations for furnishing Water service is filed and approved by the Kentucky Public Service Commission. The Rules and Regulations set forth the procedures for how we operate our system, including our monthly rates, Special Non-recurring charges, billing procedures, Utility Discontinuance of Service for non-payment, and various operation guidelines for the System.
